Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer
Philosophy
I am a strong believer in training correct movement patterns to ensure the body's ability to flex, extend and rotate with power and improved performance. Exercise may be beneficial, but it may also be harmful when incorrect movement patterns and compensations are allowed to perpetuate. I became a personal trainer because I wanted to do something in which I would absolutely love going into work everyday. I have worked with children, seniors as well as varsity and national level athletes and love the fact that fitness is a universal language that everyone benefits from.
