Personal Trainer
Philosophy
Since realising that I wanted to build a career in the fitness industry I have searched out challenging opportunities that would further my understanding and create new experiences in the fitness field, which has led me to Vancouver.
My philosophy on personal training is simple: 'Every client must be treated as an individual'.
If I'm applying my physical therapy knowledge to improve a clients health, fitness, or psychological related goals, each client needs to feel confident that they can communicate with their trainer, and that the program established is effectively tailored to their specific needs.
Since 2003 I have coached hundreds of clients, ranging from grandparents wanting to improve daily function, networking with therapists to rehabilitate a clients musculo-skeletal complication, to learning the training methods of a world-class Rugby League team during my undergraduate studies.
Each client has their own unique story and I look forward to hearing yours.

Client Testimonial
"A year ago I set a goal to spend a month mountaineering with my 22 year-old son. Grant developed a training program specific to my needs and through his coaching and support I reached a level of health and fitness that allowed me to achieve my goal, exploring the Canadian Rockies this past July. Today, I have a new sense of empowerment and remain committed to a healthy, active lifestyle. Grant's personal approach to training keeps our sessions interesting, challenging and me coming back!" ~ Cindy
