Philosophy
My goal as a trainer is to improve peoples body awareness through education. Correct posture, proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and ways to safely challenge the body beyond it's comfort zone are issues that, when properly understood, can result in improved overall health and the achievement of fitness goals.
I believe that by eating live, natural foods, and engaging in regular physical activity, people can improve their day to day lives. These improvements include increased energy, improved self confidence, better sleep, enhanced productivity, and decreased stress.
Since studying to become a Nutritionist, I have realized how important preventative health care is through proper nutrition. Being able to educate and encourage others to choose foods that not only nourish our physical bodies, make us happy and also improve our mental well-being is very important to me.
