Philosophy
Personal training is a fantastic way to not only get more fit and gain strength, but it also prevents injury, reduces the risk of disease and cancer, and improves your emotional wellbeing. Many people have already suffered several injuries by the time they take the opportunity to follow through with gym-based exercise training, and indeed many people shy away from training in fear of further exacerbation. They need not worry because a well-designed program will help them overcome most injuries and get them in the best physical (not to mention mental) shape they have ever been!
With a background in physiotherapy, I believe a good program incorporates postural strength, co-ordination, and balance training with a firm focus on good technique.
