Philosophy

Rob Williams is a kinesiologist, posture specialist and movement coach, with almost twenty years professional experience and over 20,000 hours of private client instruction.

He is the founder of Performance Posture, a unique, multi-disciplinary posture clinic, and Mixx Fitness Studio, an elite private training facility, where he has coached professional and Olympic athletes, A-list Hollywood celebrities and high-ranking politicians. Rob and his team of trainers at Structure Rehab & Fitness have been the exclusive providers of training services to The Vancouver Club for the last ten years. Rob is also president of Williams Health Group, the parent company.

Rob writes a weekly full-page column for The Province newspaper entitled Body by Rob, with an associated blog, and has written multiple pieces for Impact Magazine, Fitness Business Canada and the Coaches Association of BC. He has made numerous television appearances and has produced his own instructional DVD entitled the Parent Posture Exercise Program. Rob and his wife are the proud parents of two active young boys.
