Philosophy

Good health is the presence of vitality; living in a harmonious way creates both inner and outer peace. I believe harmony comes from a holistic approach to personal self-care. This is achieved by balancing a healthy diet with exercise. My passion for healing with whole foods has put me on a lifelong journey of living and learning the value and benefits of a pure diet. I get incredible energy from nourishing my body daily with nutrient dense, whole foods. Live food makes an amazing difference in the way I look and feel.

Fitness has so many benefits. It relieves mental and physical stress, it's a mood lifter and I have found that when you improve your fitness, it boosts your self-discipline, which you can then apply to other areas of your life. I believe in taking time every day to nourish the temple of your body through exercise in some form. Get your blood circulating and your body moving!
