what is a master trainer?

A master trainer is a personal trainer that has earned a degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics (the study of human movement) and has 10 or more years full-time experience as a successful personal trainer.

- Changing Aging Certified Fitness Coach, specializing in the older adult population

- 5 years Personal Training, clients of all ages and fitness levels.
