what is a master trainer?

A master trainer is a personal trainer that has earned a degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics (the study of human movement) and has 10 or more years full-time experience as a successful personal trainer.

I believe in treating each client as an individual and providing them with the knowledge, guidance and tools to help them achieve their fitness, health and wellbeing goals.

In the community today, physical activity and human movement are a significant aspect of daily life. By paying attention to the physical needs, a foundation for wellness in all dimensions of our life can be established.

I have had the fortune of seeing first hand how improved physical activity can positively influence individuals and communities on a global level, from Australia to the Caribbean to North America . A healthy individual, a healthy family, a healthy community.

- Bachelors degree majoring in Human Movement Science from Queensland
University , Australia .
- Certified personal trainer with Fitness Australia
- Certified Strength and Conditioning coach with Fitness Australia
- Key trainer in Australia 's most prestigious personal training organization.
- Recruited from Australia to a personal training position at a world-renowned and award winning health club in the Cayman Islands.
- Nationally televised fitness presenter in the Cayman Islands.

Participated and contributed to seminars and workshops with leaders in the industry
Featured and profiled in various national and international publications including MuscleMag International and Australian Ironman.

- Junior Mr Australia/Southern Hemisphere
- 1st place, 2004 NABBA (National Amateur Bodybuilding Association) Southern
Hemisphere Bodybuilding Championships, Junior Men.
- Finalist, 2004 NABBA World Bodybuilding Championships, Junior Men.
- Winner: Ryan Russell Achievement Award for Outstanding Performance, 2004
