what is a master trainer?

A master trainer is a personal trainer that has earned a degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics (the study of human movement) and has 10 or more years full-time experience as a successful personal trainer.

Philosophy

A healthy body promotes a healthy mind. Incorporating any form of physical activities in our daily lives makes is the key to making our lives that much richer. Exercise helps keep us young, gives us energy and helps take away some of the stresses of life.

The key is to making the activities we do fun and engaging, that way being active becomes something to enjoy rather than something we do.
