Mixx Trainer Testimonials

"Working at Mixx is an enriching experience, both personally and professionally. It is easy for me to be enthusiastic about my workplace when I believe in the benefit of the work that I do. The environment at Mixx allows for creative and educational enrichment. These are two elements that are crucial to success in the health and fitness industry. The science of healthy living is a field that is going through continuous change. Working at Mixx makes me feel certain that I am staying on the cutting edge of this dynamic process."    Janna Prsala

"I started my training career with Mixx and could not have chose a better place to work because of all the continued learning we do amongst each other. All of the trainers have unique personalities, experiences and vast education which make them invaluable. I feel truly proud to be working with them all."    Kathy Wieczorek

"Mixx has provided an incredible opportunity for me to work with industry leading trainers and practitioners. The philosophies practiced here are consistent with my own beliefs about achieving and maintaining a fit and healthy body. It is an exciting time to be a part of the health and fitness industry, and being a part of this organization catapults me to the forefront of the healthcare profession."    Scotty Marchant

"It has been a blessing to be a Personal Trainer out of Mixx Fitness Studio for the past three years simply because I am surrounded and inspired by amazing co-workers AND clients. Being exposed to the diversity in styles and backgrounds of the other trainers on the floor as well as the owner, Rob Williams, stimulates my creativity and love for my job. Fitness has so many benefits that I witness in my own life as well as the clients I work with. It relieves mental and physical stress, it's a mood lifter and I have found that when you improve your fitness, it boosts your self discipline, which you can then apply to other areas of your life-if you once told yourself you couldn't do a push-up and now you can do ten, maybe there are other things in life you can do that you thought you couldn't. Working with my clients with all kinds of goals and seeing the constant growth and success truly gives me so much joy and fulfillment."    Sacha Gingras-Fox

"Being at Mixx Fitness has given me a chance to work with and observe a number of trainers who each have different styles of training. This has given me a much better insight into lots of different styles of training such as athletic conditioning, injury rehabilitation and weight loss. Although these styles of training are very different, one thing that remains common are the trainer's professional and personal attitudes. Clients are motivated, educated and supported through positive attitudes in a relaxed atmosphere. Regardless of the client's goals or fitness levels each client is trained and cared for in the same manner. By working with a team like this it has made me a better trainer and has shown me how personal, personal training should be."    Brian O'Regan

"In my professional career, I have completed internships working with professional athletes and other highly trained individuals. Mixx is the type of facility where the level of training is equivalent to top ranked gyms around the world. Mixx has given me the opportunity to continue working with highly trained individuals. As well, continuing education, learning from the best in the field is what makes Mixx stand out from other facilities. Working at this facility has been a dream come true"    Stephanie Harmany

"When I first began working at Mixx my initial impression was that it was a professional, established, credible facility that any trainer would feel privileged to work at. When I stepped behind the scenes I also found a supportive, encouraging group of staff members far beyond anything I ever expected. Each of my co-workers is willing to help, teach and listen whenever needed and this strong support system has been instrumental in expanding my knowledge base and allowing me to grow in ways that no former job or university course was ever able to do."    Amanda McMurray
